Developer Linc Property has brought forward the release of stage three at the Northlink Industrial Park after strong sales for lots in stage one and two.
Blocks in the new stage at the Wangara industrial subdivision range from 1200sqm to 3ha and earthworks at the subdivision are likely to start early next year.
Raine & Horne Commercial director Anthony Vulinovich said the strong sales at Northlink were not unexpected because of the lack of affordable, well located industrial land.
“Interest for the estate has come from owner-occupiers looking to relocate or break the leasing trap and developers looking to take advantage of the demand for small to medium-size units or stand-alone design and construction opportunities,” Mr Vulinovich said.
“Having direct access to the estate from newly constructed traffic lights on Ocean Reef Road is also a big attraction. Recent studies indicate the level of traffic on Ocean Reef Road has risen above 20,0000 vehicles a day and there is an expectation it will be closer to 30,000 in the next few years. We anticipate the strong sales will continue as Northlink is one of the few remaining sources of well-serviced land in the northern corridor.”
Titles are scheduled for stage one lots in December and early next year for stage two.
